Because of its location by rivsrs and trees, there is plenty to do and you can find hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiling and hundred and hundreds of diffent river paths to take on a boat/canoe/ etc. Hiking is always fun too!!!
Although its surrounded by lakes the fishhook river which flows through the city is the second most popular next to the mississipi river itself!
There are Approximately 400 lakes within 25 miles of Park Rapids!
